Reception and registration are located in room D-R200 (entrance through 315, Ste-Catherine street East).

 

Admission to the Conference:

Public admission: 10$ a day or 30$ for 4 days.

Student admission (on presentation of a valid student ID): FREE

 

Registration to the Conference is mandatory for all the presenters. Online registration is possible through the secured Web page: https://securemp.sav.uqam.ca/aierti2011/Inscription.asp

 

Closing date for online registrations
Online registrations will close on Saturday August 13 at midnight DST Montréal. Late registrations can be accepted at the conference.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation of conference registration :
Registrations cancelled up to and including July 1 2011 will be refunded to 90% of the total amount paid; registrations cancelled July 2-August 13 inclusive will be refunded to 50% of the total amount paid. NO REFUND after midnight August 13 DST Montréal.
PLEASE NOTE: refunds will be made AFTER the conference (in the month of September 2011).

Cancellation of registration for the banquet and/or for an excursion:
There will be NO REFUND in case of cancelled registration for the banquet or for an excursion

Invitation

Membership of IAWIS/AIERTI is open to all persons interested in the field of Word and Image relations. Scholars of all disciplines, lecturers, other academic professionals, artists, critics, designers, and all others whose work bears upon the relationships between verbal and visual media are invited to join IAWIS/AIERTI.

In order to register as IAWIS/AIERTI member, please go to the registration page on this site and follow the instructions there. (Unfortunately, security gaps beyond our control prevent us from supporting online registration at this moment).

 

 

Fees

The 3-years membership fee is 80 EURO. IAWIS/AIERTI also offers a 6-years membership, for only 120 EURO and a 4-years student membership, for only 65 EURO.
Paid-up members will be invited to participate in the International Conferences, including the possibility of sumbitting papers for the Proceedings thereof. And there is more...
